BFA seek part-time coaches
Bermuda Football Association (BFA) have advertised for part-time coaches as they look to expand their National Academy staff.According to the job description, printed in yesterday’s Royal Gazette, coaches will need to be “open minded” and motivated to work as part of a team. They will have to deliver the BFA’s technical syllabus and will be required to travel overseas with national teams.The new incumbents will also have to “produce yearly reports in line with the technical requirements of the BFA”, and “attend all in-service training sessions”.The National Academy staff currently includes youth director Devarr Boyles and part-time coaches Scott Morton, Gary Darrell, Maurice Lowe and Don Vickers. Derek Broadley, the former technical director, left the Island last month when his contact expired. The deadline for applicants is Wednesday, April 27.
