Two remain in custody after footballer’s murder

Two out of five men arrested by police on Friday in connection with the murder of Randy Robinson remained in Police custody yesterday evening.The Royal Gazette understands the men were detained in an early-hours operation at a home in Devonshire.Footballer Mr Robinson, 22, was gunned down around 8.30pm on Thursday on Border Lane in that parish.According to Police spokesman Dwayne Caines, one of the people arrested was released on Saturday, two have been bailed and two remained in custody as of 5.45pm yesterday.
