A police officer injured while chasing a suspect is now recovering on a general ward at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.At about 3.30am yesterday, a suspect was pursued from Court Street to a home Middletown Lane, where the officer was pushed over and received a head injury.A 27-year-old Pembroke man was later arrested in connection with the incident.Policed have appealed for anyone with information to contact the Hamilton Criminal Investigation Unit on 295 0011, or the independent, confidential Crime Stoppers Bermuda hotline on 800 8477.
