A text rumour of an alleged attempt to snatch a child may be false, police have warned.A message circulating among the public alleges that a man tried to abduct a boy from the bus terminal.It goes on to describe both the suspect and the vehicle used.Police have received calls from concerned parents, but say no such incident has been reported to them.Anyone with information should contact police on 295-0011, or Crime Stoppers Bermuda, 800-8477.
