Support staff at CedarBridge Academy today called in sick as part of an organised industrial action.

The Royal Gazette understands that teachers are filling in where possible.

Details behind the sick-out are unclear at the moment.

Bermuda Public Services Union president Armell Thomas said he will be meeting with representatives from the Ministry of Education today to discuss workers’ grievances.

It is not known at this time how many workers are involved in the dispute.
