A quiet day on The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index saw only Bermuda Commercial Bank Ltd.'s share price change yesterday.

The bank's share value climbed 50 cents (five cents) to close at $10.50, with 600 shares traded.

The only other company to see any shares change hands was Butterfield Bank (80,050), but its share value held firm at $17.

Overall, the Index was up 3.84 points (0.08 percent) at 4,984.25, as 80,650 shares worth $1,367,150 being transacted.

The BSX Insurance Index also climbed 3.25 points (0.3 percent) to 1,063.01.
