Oakley NAV soars 26%

LONDON (Reuters) - Oakley Capital Investments Ltd. said its full-year net asset value per share rose over 26 percent helped by the performance of its limited partnership business.

The Bermuda-based investment adviser said Oakley Capital Private Equity LP, which invests in mid-market UK and European businesses, had a very low leverage portfolio and was very active in 2009.

"We look forward to 2010 and the opportunities that the currently challenging economic environment will provide," director Peter Dubens said in a statement.

For the year ended December 2009, Oakley Capital saw net asset value in the range of £1.37 to £1.42 per share ($2.21-$2.29).
