Lines Overseas Management Ltd. has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of a crossing transaction involving the exchange of 100,000 shares of LOM (Holdings) Ltd. at $ 3.40 per share on January 6, 2010.

The BSX was further advised that the transaction was made by LOM (Holdings) Ltd. as an agent for LOM Securities (Bermuda) Ltd. and LOM Securities (Bahamas) Ltd.
