A number of long-term LOM (Holdings) Ltd. shareholders have sold a total of 50,000 shares in the company at $3.50 per share.

The transaction was made by the company as an agent for LOM Securities (Bermuda) Ltd. and LOM Securities (Bahamas) Ltd., with each subsidiary in turn acting as an agent for their separate customers.

"We have had buying interest in LOM stock for some time, and we were able to facilitate these investors with purchases recently from several long-term shareholders who wished to sell some shares," said a spokesman for LOM.
