?If you're renting a villa, decide what amenities you want before you commit, such as number of bedrooms and baths, pool or not, city or rural.
? If more than four people are travelling together, hire two cars, at least.
? Take side trips ... a night away from the group is a great way to expand your travel experiences and stay positive about the group dynamics.
?Clarify how expenses will work. We usually pool the equivalent of $50 into a bowl every few days to pay for wine, breakfasts, water, paper goods and more.
?If there's extra money at the end, we divide it up or put it towards a last night out.
?Most importantly: Be flexible. Be flexible. Be flexible.
