Lane closures will affect Middle Road, Devonshire from tomorrow until April 24.

Asphalt paving is set from Fort Hill to Watlington Lane from 7.30pm to 6pm, with one-way traffic to be imposed “as necessary” for incoming commuters in the mornings.

The Ministry of Public Works advised drivers to use alternate routes for outbound traffic from the city.

A spokesman apologised for delays, and said queries should be directed to Chris Charles, the construction and maintenance engineer, on 501-3036.
