Ironshore Inc. has announced that Joseph Boren will be assuming additional responsibilities as New York regional executive for its US Operations.

Mr. Boren will be responsible for the integration of business development and programme oversight within the company's regional platform based in New York.

He will continue in his role as CEO of Ironshore Environmental, with John O'Brien serving as president of the specialty division.

Mr. Boren assumes the regional executive duties from Anthony Mammolite, who was recently named as global head of worldwide property for Ironshore. Mr. Boren has been responsible for overseeing the formation and expansion of Ironshore Environmental across its global platform since joining the company in 2009.

He has many years of experience in leadership roles within the insurance industry worldwide.
