Bermuda-based Enstar Group Ltd. reported consolidated net earnings of $15.9 million or $1.17 per basic share for the three months ended March 31, 2010 compared to $11.5 million or 86 cents per basic share for the three months ended March 31, 2009.

Enstar's shareholders' equity at March 31, 2010 amounted to $826.2 million, excluding non-controlling interest of $271.4 million, up from $801.9 million at December 31, 2009.
