Learn more about Belco's renewable energy proposals at Bermuda College this evening.

Belco is encouraging the public to attend the first of two presentations at the North Hall lecture theatre at 6.30 p.m.

Tonight and next Tuesday, residents will hear five renewable energy power producers explain their technologies and why they could be a part of Bermuda's energy mix. This evening two leaders in biomass energy generation Plasco Energy Group and Intrinergy, will discuss their technologies.

Next week, the public will hear from three companies which harness natural resources: wind power producer IPC Energy; solar photovoltaic company RES; and Triton Renewable Energy, which concentrates on ocean power.
