Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. has announced that Thomas Bell will be retiring as executive vice-president of compliance this summer.

The specialty provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance said that Mr. Bell, who has been with the company for nine years, will step down in June.

He served in a number of key roles, including executive vice-president of reinsurance operations and president.
