A 66-year-old man appeared in Magistrates' Court yesterday charged with possession of a Police radio.

Ellsworth Eugene Wilson was accused of possessing the radio, valued at $4,700, from an unknown date until October 5, 2009.

The Mount Hill, Pembroke resident, who was represented by lawyer Charles Richardson, denied the charge.

Wilson was released on $2,000 bail and ordered to reappear in court on November 25.
