Preben Prebensen has resigned his position as chief investment officer of Bermuda-based Catlin Group Ltd. to become chief executive of Close Brother Bank Plc in London. Mr. Prebensen was formerly chief executive of Wellington Underwriting plc and joined Catlin when it acquired the business in December 2006 first as deputy chief executive and then CIO. Stephen Catlin, chief executive of Catlin, said: "I am very sorry that Preben is leaving Catlin, but I would like thank him for his contributions, both in the aftermath of the Wellington acquisition and as chief investment officer."
