The Bermuda Telephone Company (BTC) is to introduce a new billing system which should make life easier for customers.

According to the company, the system will "noticeably improve the level of service" and make bills easier to read.

"This new system will feature an integrated service delivery and customer information management platform, and is designed to reduce the time it takes to serve our customers," said BTC president and CEO Francis Mussenden.

Mr. Mussenden added that the change will bring a number of customer benefits and also provide more detailed account information.
