Bermuda Stock Exchange through newly created subsidiary Reid Services Ltd.

The subsidiary will be a means of marketing a listing on the BSX to Asian companies. AS&K has a subsidiary law firm in Hong Kong.

Peter Bubenzer, head of AS&K's company department, said the facility would be mainly marketed as a service for existing clients.

"I don't expect lots of business,'' he said.

He added the company's law firm in Hong Kong was very busy despite the economic slump in the region. Many companies were restructuring and refinancing their operations and so needed the services of corporate lawyers.
