But despite the conditions the crowd were treated to some entertaining racing as Kenny Mills led the way with three wins -- two with Just Cruisin' and one with Penny's Rocky Road who won the Hurst Stables feature race in his season debut.

Several drivers enjoyed double success, including Colby Sousa, Michael DeCosta, David Lopes, Eddie Roque and Samantha Hayward.

Hayward's Eddie the Great was the winner of the Whited Family Dairy feature race, winning both heats of the Junior Free for All. Fastest time of the day was turned in by Grand Shady, driven by Michael DeCosta. He won both heats of the Free for All, taking the first heat in 1:08 flat.
