Court for throwing acid at another man.

Dwayne Troy Symonds, of Random Lane, Warwick, was not required to enter a plea as Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis charged him with throwing sulphuric acid at Henry William Santucci on April 22 with intent to burn, maim, or disfigure.

Mr. Francis set bail at $1,000 with a like surety, and ordered him to have no contact with Santucci.

The matter is set for mention on May 26.
