delayed once again yesterday as the reading of the Magistrate's judgment was put off until December.

The trial was adjourned 28 times in Magistrates' Court.

And the reading of the Wor. Cheryl-Ann Mapp's decision has now been put off three times in the last four weeks.

The man denied the charge along with breaking into the woman's home on July 25 last year.

In June he told the Court he had met and spoken to the woman on two occasions before the incident.

But in earlier testimony the woman said she had never met the defendant before he came through her window in the early hours of the morning on July 25 and assaulted her while she slept.
