Mr. Curtis, 67, who has had roles in more than 140 movies, and agreed to pose for photographs before heading by taxi to their hotel.

He wed attorney Lisa Deutsch, 30, in a private, double-ring ceremony outside his Bel-Air home 40 days ago.

The couple met in September and were married in February. It was Mr. Curtis's fourth marriage.

Mr. Curtis told The Royal Gazette that their honeymoon had taken them to a number of places before Bermuda. He said it was his second visit to the Island.

Mr. Curtis is an internationally recognised star. Two of his most famous roles were appearing alongside Marilyn Monroe and Jack Lemmon in "Some Like It Hot'' and Kirk Douglas in "Spartacus''.
