They are Chief Operating Officer Allison Thomas, Chief Technology Officer Ricardo Swan and Chief Information Officer Hugh Hollis.

"This is a group of professionals who have spent lots of time in telecommunications and information technology,'' noted Mr. Symonds.

Between them, the four members of the executive management team have more than 80 years of combined experience with companies ranging from Cable & Wireless and TBI to Sprint and Worldcom.

Mr. Symonds noted the team got together to form the company because of their mutual desire to hook into e-commerce.

Along with three other full-time employees, the six-month-old firm also employs the part time financial services of Andre Heyliger -- who they hope to hire full time as part of their eventual expansion plans -- and telecommunications consultant Martin Tickle.
