The company's Mr. George Jovanovic said an extension was being built on to the rear of the building in Richmond Road, Pembroke, which meant the firm's own maintenance workers -- who usually light up the front of the office block -- had been too busy.

But Mr. Jovanovic said: "I'm sure in future years we will have a special dressing up of the building as we have done in past years.''
