Alarm raised over delayed boat
they thought their loved ones were lost at sea.
The family of crew aboard Spirit , a 60-foot trimaran, raised the alarm when the boat did not arrive on time in Stuart, Florida.
But a Harbour Radio spokesman said the crew had just been delayed at sea and were expected to arrive by tomorrow.
He added: "The Spirit left Bermuda on Saturday and was due to arrive on Monday but we've been in contact with the vessel and everything seems in order. They should be in Florida in a couple of days.'' BLAZE AT PUBLIC PARK FLY Blaze at public park The Bermuda Fire Service were called out yesterday on two minor reports of fires -- one in a city trash can and the other in a public park.
One fire truck and four firefighters went to the corner of Church and Parliament Streets to attend a report of a trash can ablaze at 3.13 p.m.
In the other incident, five firefighters on one truck went to Bernard Park to douse a ten foot by five foot brush fire at 3.32 p.m.
