Jubert Thatwood Williams 37, of Tribe Road Paget pleaded guilty to threatening words, unlawfully assaulting two people and using offensive words.
Prosecuting Sgt. Kenrick James told the court that on April 9 at 8.45 p.m.
Williams went to the home of a man on Warwickshire Road in Warwick.
"When the man opened the door, Williams prodded the man in the chest and told him that he better get out of Ord Road or he'll come back and kill him,'' Sgt.
James said.
"The man told officers that he had not worked in three days because of Williams' threats.'' Sgt. James added that Police arrested Williams after he kicked his ex-girlfriend's mother on the leg following an argument.
"Officers asked him to calm down and Williams began swearing at them.'' When Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis asked Williams if he had anything to say he replied: "I am the father of two children. I thought this guy was cool. I let him take my son away and I didn't interfere with their friendship.
"For the past four years they had a friendship and now the guy comes with this faggot perverted stuff about my son and him.
"I asked him what was going on and my son's grandmother comes and asks me what I'm doing so I just kicked her out of the way.
"This guy has been around my son all this time and now he says that there was something going on.
"His grandmother comes to find out what is happening, but instead of being concerned about her grandchild she's asking me who I think I am coming around questioning this guy.'' Williams added: "I just know that I love my children, and if I'm not there financially I'm there mentally.
"I have no money to look after my children, but I'm there for them. I don't take this as a joke, this is my son.
"It may sound like a lot of ignorance but I have to stand up for my children's rights.'' Mr. Francis fined Williams $100 for threatening words, no separate penalty for unlawful assault, $100 for assaulting a woman and $100 for using offensive words.
