The team arrived last weekend and are staying at the Elbow Beach hotel talking through issues of mutual concern with broadcasters that take CBS.

Gil Schwartz, a CBS spokesman, said the meetings with affiliates took place at least three times a year.

"CBS management is getting together with a group of its affiliates, which are people carrying CBS programming. We are here to talk about issues of mutual concern,'' said Mr. Schwartz.

"This is a business as usual meeting about programming including entertainment, sports and news,'' he added.
