And the families of brothers Randy (Scorcher) Outerbridge and Jeffrey (Jakes) Outerbridge and their friend Geaige Minks will not give up hope until some trace is found of the boat that has been missing for eight days.

While the air search was postponed on Sunday, some family members have continued to sail out in their own boats in search of the men.

A Harbour Radio spokesman also said that no trace has yet been found of taxi driver David (Bushes) DeSilva who has been missing for six days.

It is thought that Mr. DeSilva, 62, was depressed about his wife who is in hospital in a coma.
