of $700 last January was dismissed for the third day in a row yesterday as legal arguments continued before Puisne Judge the Hon. Mr. Justice Meerabux.

The arguments have been heard in the absence of jurors since Friday, when Crown Counsel Mr. Peter DeJulio and defence attorney Mr. Archie Warner began debating the admissibility of certain evidence.

During the course of the debates, the jurors have been either confined to a small jury room adjacent to the courtroom or allowed to return home. They are expected to resume hearing the case today.

The accused, Roger Eugene Lightbourne, has been charged with robbing the take-out chicken shop in the early hours of January 28. He has pleaded not guilty.
