The Royal Gazette has learned a number of guns and ammunition were unearthed yesterday morning by a task force of Police and Bermuda Regiment soldiers.

Sources said plastic bags containing several Uzi automatic machine guns and a trash container of ammunition were found by Regiment recruits, who were directed to sift through a pile a rocks in the dump.
