Man mugged
The victim told Police the attack took place around 4.30 p.m. last Saturday as he walked up Camp Hill and then west along the Railway Trail in Southampton toward the Bermuda Institute.
He said he was followed by two men, one of whom put an "orange string'' over his head and around his throat.
The string was pulled tight and he felt something brush over his upper left arm.
The rear pocket of his trousers was cut and his wallet was removed. The men took an undisclosed amount of cash, but threw away the wallet.
The man received a three-inch cut to his arm which required five stitches to close.
The victim described one of the suspects as black, approximately five-feet eight-inches tall, of medium build with short hair worn in an afro.
