EarthPort was established in 1997 as an internet portal which deals with multiple on-line transactions for merchants such as stockbrokers and lotteries. As the company began trading on the BSX yesterday, under the quoted symbol ERPT--BH, it also launched a Bermudian-based internet IPO site called nowIPO.com dealing with the new issue market.
