Jermaine Hayward denies having 15 grams of cannabis with intent to supply and having two pay type envelopes on April 13 in Pembroke.

Hayward also denied with obstructing a Police officer.

Yesterday, after Hayward's lawyer Yogarani Horseman suggested to Magistrate Edward King that her client be released on bail, Mr. King said: "Cleansweep boys went to jail. They were remanded in custody.'' Mrs. Horseman said Hayward could lose a new construction job if he were remanded in custody.

Mr. King ordered Hayward to return for trial on November 18, and set bail at $1,000 with one like surety.
