Finance Minister Grant Gibbons passed on the good news yesterday.

He said close to a dozen officers worked on Saturday while about half a dozen worked on Sunday to process the packages.

"They all worked very diligently and have essentially cleared the backlog,'' said Dr. Gibbons.
