Gordon, 46, of Victoria Street, Pembroke was scheduled to appear for trial at Magistrates' Court yesterday on charges of possessing drug equipment.

This is the second time a warrant has been issued related to the charge.

Gordon was scheduled to appear on November 4 to offer a plea for the charge, and did not appear.

A warrant was issued for his arrest and he appeared on November 5. The trial date was set for December 22.
