the top Bermudian rider at Saturday's FEI World Dressage Challenge at Vesey Street. The 17-year-old is the youngest rider ever to win the competition in Bermuda. DeCosta was on his mount Makin' Waves, earning a score of 62.67 percent. Second was Paula George on Beach Boy with 59.17 percent while DeCosta's younger sister, 15-year-old Melinda, placed third on Quiet Lover with 56.16 percent.
