of heroin with intent to supply, was remanded in custody when he appeared in Magistrates' Court yesterday.

Michael Dwayne Jackson, of Horseshoe Road, Southampton was not required to enter a plea to the charge which is alleged to have occurred in Southampton on January 12.

The drug is alleged to have weighed 44 grams.

Magistrate the Wor. Cheryl Ann Mapp remanded Jackson in custody. He will appear for mention on January 30.
