Hersberger, has succeeded Hans Hefti as president and CEO of Bermuda-domiciled Harrington International Insurance Ltd.

Mr. Hersberger also has joined Harrington's board. And former president of IRMG Ltd., Gareth Bradburn, has stepped down as Harrington director having been appointed to a senior position in London with Swiss Re New Markets.

Mr. Hefti has joined Swiss Re's corporate integrated risk management team, but will remain on Harrington's board.

Chairman, John O'Austin, said, "I would like to thank Mr. Hefti for all his hard work since the incorporation of the company and the significant achievements reached to date.
