Bermuda Harbour Radio report the EPIRB signal was detected around 4 a.m.

yesterday and all shipping in the area has been alerted to monitor the area.

No other details were available at press time last night.

CAR VANDALISED CRM Car vandalised A Hamilton Parish woman discovered her car had been vandalised on Saturday night.

Police said the woman awoke on Sunday morning and found her dark silver car covered in red spray paint.

Police conducted an area search with no results. Inquiries are continuing.
