Police vehicle will soon appear in Magistrates' Court.

Police responded to a report of an argument at a home on Harrington Sound Road. When they arrived a man confronted them with a diver's weight belt.

He is reported to have threatened the officers and swung the belt at them causing some damage to the car.

Back-up officers were called and the man was subdued and arrested.
