"Together with Systems Union, ACT will be able to support the financial management and reporting needs that our international clients require, especially in multicurrency,'' he added.
ACT was founded by Mr. Erich Hetzel and Mr. John Robbins in 1983. They have formed alliances with software vendors like Sybase and Novell and hardware companies like Compaq and Hewlett-Packard.
ACT has extended its offering from reselling hardware and software to systems integration, network management and installation services.
Systems Union is the first global accounting software developer to meet management standards set by the International Standards Organisation.
