The aircraft landed in Bermuda at 10.37 a.m. local time and departed at 11.38 a.m. after refuelling.

The 54-year-old passenger walked off the plane with his wife in tow and was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for testing.

As is standard operating procedure, the full complement of emergency equipment was on hand at Bermuda International Airport.
