Monday through Friday starting next week, special projects manager Mr. Kenny Harris announced yesterday.

The late news will be in addition to VSB's 7 p.m. News of The Day.

Both newscasts, anchored by Mr. Wayne Lottimore, will include sports news from Mr. Rich Lathan and a detailed local weather bulletin.

Mr. Harris also announced the station will broadcast the Children's Room, a production of the Monitor Channel, every day at 7 a.m. starting next Monday as well.

The show will continue to be broadcast on Saturday and Sunday mornings. It is the only programme available at that time to children, including those whose parents have cable television.
