assaulting a girl under the age of 14. He is also charged with having unlawful carnal knowledge of the girl.

The man, who faces a Supreme Court trial, appeared for mention in Magistrates' Court. He was released on $500 bail and will appear again on February 25.

Senior magistrate the Wor. Will Francis ruled that he have no direct or indirect contact with the girl.

The offences are alleged to have happened in Pembroke between September 1 and December 31 last year.
