The court heard that on December 22, Police saw a green Suzuki turn off Burnaby Hill, and swerve east onto Front Street, nearly striking the front of the Police car.

Dennis DaCosta, 25, of Jennings Lane, pleaded guilty to driving while impaired by drugs or alcohol and was fined and banned from driving all motor vehicles for 12 months.
