1.2 million shares on the mezzanine market of the Bermuda Stock Exchange.

The listing is subject to the closing of the company's $12 million initial public offering. University Holding, incorporated in Bermuda this year, was formed as a holding company to acquire London-based Greenwich School of Management Ltd. and finance the college's Internet learning programme.

"Listing of the company on the BSX will enable us to rapidly pursue our Internet-based learning programmes, building global access to the school's management courses upon the foundation established over the previous two decades of taught programmes in Greenwich,'' University chairman William Hunt stated in a press release.
