Interest continued to be shown in the Bank of Butterfield following the announcement of the acquisition of Australian ANZ Bank in Guernsey. Five thousand-six hundred shares went unchanged at $17.50.

The only other two issues seeing action were also banks. The Bank of Bermuda closed up 90 cents on a volume of 3,300 while 600 Bda Commercial Bank warrants were picked up at half price...50 cents.
