B.H. Acquisitions, which was set up earlier this year by Enstar Group Inc and some of its investors, yesterday completed the purchase of Brittany Insurance Co Ltd, a Bermuda incorporated company and Compagnie Europeenne d'Assurances Industrielles S.A., a Belgian corporation.

In exchange for approximately $9.6 million, Enstar received 50 percent of the voting stock and a 33 percent economic interest in B.H. Acquisition. Enstar's total contribution to B.H.

The acquisition included approximately $200,000 of expenses and working capital.
