Battista has resigned to become the Chief Executive Officer of Network Solutions, Inc., which is a provider of enabling utility services for the Internet and Intranet.

Alan Peyser, former CEO and a Director of CWI, has been appointed as President and CEO of the company. Peyser retired on August 31, 1995 but remained involved with CWI as a director and consultant during the past year. Peyser said he is excited to be back working with the CWI team.
